What is philosopher’s point?

Psychotherapy and counselling offer support when strong emotions or personal challenges begin to affect your comfort, well-being, or ability to thrive. This could happen during times of loss or fear, periods of transition or transformation, or moments when new possibilities or relationships bring both excitement and uncertainty.

My goal as a counsellor is to provide what the land and the river has provided for me: safe space and grounding to enable people to sit, to listen, or to play creatively with the narratives they want to engage. As a strength-based, relational practitioner, I believe we can put the conditions in place in our lives to stay present, to claim our best, most adventurous, and wisest selves. We can learn to be trustworthy for ourselves and with one another.
